Hello!

Thank you so much for being here. I hope all is going well for you.

Winter is truly settling in for us here in Melbourne, and now is a great time to be putting in place some nourishing practices to see us through this season. Listen here for mine. I am really feeling the cold at the moment and my husband Matt is observing patiently as one minute I’m leaving home early to swim in the 10 degree ocean with only my bathers on and then, after a very long hot shower, sit at my desk to commence work all wrapped up in my winter woolies and ugg boots! He can’t really comprehend the madness of this cold, then hot situation. I can’t explain it either! But, in my defence, I am enjoying the community connection, the ocean is exhilarating, and I am just looking and feeling so well. I shall rest my case there for the moment! I am curious to see how long this exhilarating madness is going to last. For a long time I hope, the human body is incredibly adaptable.

On Tuesday 1st July we will be running a generous Villagio giveaway in honour of the two beautiful books we are featuring in this month’s newsletter.
